Oversize Forms or Mega Forms

We have determined that oversized business forms are longer than 28 inches. These forms were developed to help capture large amounts of information that will not fit on the traditional sized business form applications.

Typical Oversize Continuous Form Layouts:

In addition to 9.5" wide forms, we can also produce 11”, up to 18” continuous forms. We can provide either boxed or on rolls.

Typical Snap-Out Form Layouts:

We can provide almost any size form, but most typical designs look like the following:

In addition to 11.5” x 8.5” finished size, we can also produce 11” x 11”, 8.5” x 14”, 8.5” x 18” or 17”, and all sizes in between.

Business Form Repeats:
Standard size business form repeats would include:
8.5”, 10”, 11”, 14”, 17”, 22”

Maximum Number of Parts:
We can produce up to an 8-part form.

Folding Capabilities:
We can fold oversized forms in the following increments:
7”, 8.5”, 10”, 11”, 14”, 17”, 22”

Weights:
Paper weights can range from 12# to 125#.
This equates to .0025” - .009” paper thicknesses.

Printing:
We can print up to 4 colors. This would mean we can print 4/0, 3/1, 2/2, 1/3 or 0/4.

Punching & Perforations:
We can put file punches and perforations on all parts using the following repeating sizes:
8.5”, 10”, 11”, 14”, 17”, 22”

Rush Service:
During our busy time of the year, typically around the insurance enrollment times in the fall and spring, we will need 3-4 weeks to produce forms in more that 1 color.
However rush service is always available on our 1 color forms.
